Course details: FOODSCI706 Food Safety (15 points)

Description: The understanding of the changing regulations that apply to the New Zealand food industry is of paramount importance. The Food Amendment Act of 1996 which allows the Australia New Zealand Joint Food Standards Agreement to come into force will be examined in detail. HACCP and risk management plans will be generated.
