Course details: CHEM770 Advanced Environmental Chemistry

Description: Selected current research topics in environmental chemistry. Examples include: Antarctic meltwater chemistry, impacts of geothermal energy and earth resource exploitation, trace metal fingerprinting, trace metal speciation modelling, persistent organic contaminants, indoor air chemistry and the atmospheric impact of aircraft emission. This course includes a half-day field trip.
